304775-123 New Air Jordan 7 "Tinker Alternate" Olympic 2016
Cheap Jordans 2016, The Air Jordan 7 "Tinker Alternate" that updates the old Olympic colorway doesn't release until Aug. 6. Unless, that is. At the Jordan Brand space at Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas, the Jordan 7 in question is available now, along with some upcoming colorways of the Air Jordan 31. These aren't the only early goodies available either–yesterday saw the release of the gold Air Jordan 11 Low. Jordan Brand has made a habit of releasing shoes early at these type of events, having previously trotted out advance pairs at the debut of its new stores and at its All-Star experiences. Celebrating an alternative design of the famed Air Jordan 7 "Olympic" that originally released back in 1992, this Tinker Hatfield curated pair that was scrapped makes its way to the main stage almost two and a half decades later.
The Air Jordan 7 is the seventh signature sneaker of the iconic New Jordans 2016 line. Originally released in 1992, a plethora of colorways have received the retro treatment. Just a few days ago, some catalog scans from the next Jordan brand retro line-up let us glimpse the colorblocking of the Air Jordan 7 Olympic, announced in its 2016 release as an alternative version proposed by Tinker Hatfield during the design process of the shoe in 1992. The Air Jordan 7 Olympic Tinker Alternate uses a colorway that had not been selected for the Dream Team at the Barcelona Olympics. Already reissued in 2004, 2010 and 2012, the the Jordan 7 Olympic therefore reappear this time in an original style using blue and white panels and a red and white gradient midsole with red speckles. The gold accents are limited here to the Jumpman logo and the "Air Jordan" typo of the tongue.
